Human beauty being narrowed down to a single important factor is difficult at best. It is really about the entire package. Does that person make me laugh? Can they make me happy? Can I go to them when I need to cry? Can I count on them when I need them most? Do they make me want to be a better person? Can I make a total ass out of myself without them judging me? Would my life be the same without them? You add all of those things together and more, and that is one truly beautiful human being!
Before I clicked on the comments, my mind immediately said compassion. So interesting that someone else said the same. I'll take Tom's human being any day!
I would have to say Personality...a person can be an absolutely gorgeous person and have a rotten personality and it just changes my whole outlook on them....but if you have a beautiful personality, you're beautiful from within.

That's a tough one....I think that a healthy self confidence is very attractive. Also, someone who is genuine.
