As Im getting older the make-up Ive always used just isnt working with my skin anymore!!! I seem to be trying every brand I can find and I have yet to find one that makes me go WOW..I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!! So I wanted to see what everyone else is using.....so leave a comment and let me know what is it that you swear by!

oh and the makeup question: I used CLINIQUE for 18 years, and just tried BARE ESENTUALS...not sure if I like it or not yet though.

nivea tinted moisturiser, its the only one that doesn't accentuate the wrinkles lol! it still looks natural too.

I use the Bare Escentuals and love it! After working in a profession where makeup artists used all different types of makeup, I developed a rash whenever certain types were used on my face. At first, I thought it was from the brushes but realized it was the perfumes etc that are built in to them. I have never had a problem with this kind of makeup and it lasts forever, doesn't cake or make you look like you're wearing tons of makeup either. Well worth it to try a sample kit ;)

I wear Clinique for foundation. And everything else is usually a mix (I'm not a big make-up person). I think my eyeshadow is a mix of Paula's Choice (Europe) and Ulta and lipstick/gloss is Bobby Brown, Ulta and Sonia Kashuk (sp) from Target. One thing I DO love is Maybelline mascara, pink tube in waterproof, its the best.

A great way to try things is go to Macy's or the like and get a 'free' makeover. I did that at Clinique and Lancome and loved the Clinique foundation and the Lancome lipstick :)

Merle Norman is really good. (Just cause I'm not a woman doesn't mean I don't know make up!) Don't use Mac. It's killer on the face and pores because it's so thick. Also, try the Bare Mineral Essentials stuff. I actually put some on to show one of my friends how to do her make up and it looks good! I'll have to e-mail you that picture. :)

I love mineral make-up. It's fast and looks good, holds up in the heat. Fabulous.

I love Max Factor and I am so NOT happy that it's sort of weeding out of business up here in Seattle. I have to order it online now! I just experimented with Mary Kay... AGAIN... and my face is breaking out again. Oh well. I'll never learn.

I have always been a Clinique girl, but I am going through the same thing. It just doesn't look the same!

MAC and Bobbi Brown. But I think you have to play around until you find it.
