Yesterday since I didn't have to babysit I decided to paint the hallway upstairs, Devin asked if he could help me, I thought that having an extra pair of hands would be nice....needless to say he no longer thinks painting is a fun thing to do...as he quit 30 minutes into it and when I asked him if he was going to ask to paint again his answer was a very loud and clear...NO!
He did enjoy his own form of graffiti
(he wrote the word back..as in get back here mom
when I left to go pee)
And then he had to paint over it and make it
all nice and pretty for mom
we had some messes along the way
(yes Im wearing glasses, no make-up,hair pulled back
and I actually posted the pic...just so you know I was painting too!!)
And now we have a newly painted hallway...yay!!!!!!
After painting 3 rooms and a hallway,I still have 4 rooms to paint and now Ive lost the help of Devin and Josh as they do not wish to ever paint again....so are there any volunteers????

Well, I'm pretty close, but you're on your own! I painted this old house from top to bottom and I swear..a paint roller will not get rid of my sagging arms. So the adage of no pain no gain is bunk! Looks great btw!
I am too anal about things to paint with you. I get all crazy and end up doing it myself. And no that was not an offer so get back to it!

I think you should call Carrie at Funksquared, we've seen what she can do with a paint brush lately. Looks good.

Wow, I just bought paint today for my kitchen ....must be in the air! I just love fresh paint on the walls! Sorry I'm all booked up tomorrow....heehee
Aw, too bad I don't live anywhere near you! LOL I hate painting! Have fun though!
I SO needed to paint and remodel this summer, but other things got in the way! I can't even get started in order to get stuck!~
