My Soldier is back!!!

I got the call last night that he is back on USA soil......and this coming Saturday I get to go pick him up!!!

A year ago I was getting ready to tell him goodbye...as he was leaving for his year long deployment...part of Operation New Dawn....his job was to conduct stability operations, focusing on advising, assisting and training Iraqi Security Forces....a year ago I had no idea how on earth I was ever going to survive this....Im a mom of three boys and I have the most amazing relationship with all three of them...I truly and I mean truly am blessed.....God gave me the best gifts ever when he gave me my boys.

My son Kody is the one on the left with a couple of his army buddies....it will be so nice actually getting to see him face to face and not waiting to steal someones picture off of facebook because it has a picture of my son in it. (yes I did that and if it was wrong of me..Im sorry...ok Im not that sorry it was part of my survival)

And though seeing him in his uniform makes me very proud...I will enjoy seeing him like this again even more...he's 1/3 of my heart and soul....and just knowing that he survived this last year gives me one more thing to be thankful for this year. He will take some time here at home with mom and his yougest brother Devin and then he will head back to college, he did extra work before deployment last year to finish his junior year of college while getting ready for his deployment....yes thats the kind of man I have raised!!! Fall of next year he will be heading back to college to finish his Major in Exercise Science...and trust me after this last year having him move 50 miles away to go back to school will be a piece of cake!!!

Yes Im looking forward to having my boys together again.....making me laugh, making me cry, and making me love them more and more every day...they truly are my reason for living and though I have taught them alot....they have taught me so much more...and I would be lost without them....I love you Kody, Dakota, and Devin....more then you can possibly know.

As most of you know my son is a soldier over in Iraq...starting to make his way home.....it has not been easy having him so far away for the last year....but I respect him so very much and I couldn't be more proud of him. He truly is my son, my soldier, my hero!

I thank not only him but ALL of the men and women that have given so much to make sure that we have our freedom!

Tomorrow morning I will once again saying goodbye to my 23 yr old son and Soldier as he returns back to Iraq ….these last two weeks have been so good for my heart…getting to see him again…and hug him again….it was just what my ole heart needed. When your child is so far away 7 months can feel like forever!!! He only has a few months left and he will be home again….so I ask for your prayers once again. To keep him safe while hes flying back to Iraq and for the few months that remain in his deployment….all I want is for him to come back safe and sound and get started with life again!

And if its possible say a little pray for mom…to keep it together just a little bit longer….as Im already having a hard time with it….I have tears flowing so much I can barely see the screen as I type.

Thank so much to all of you that keep in touch with me and try to make times like this not so hard…you guys are truly the best!

People celebrate with family and friend gatherings, barbecues, parties, games, food, fun, festivals, parades, musical events and fireworks……..but please remember those that have served and those that are serving right now that are not home to celebrate with their families.

As you all know my oldest son is over in Iraq right now and will not be here to celebrate the independence of our country….he will be hearing explosions just not the same kind….the thought of this makes me heart ache….and a part of me almost feels guilty celebrating with the rest of the family when he is there going thru what he is going thru simply so we can do things like this. And that is why I ask that you take a moment in your day and remember those that have given us this right.

Today is the day my mom was born....if she was still here with us she would be 62 years old....I sit and wonder what she would look like at 62....what color would her hair be....would she have wrinkles...or if that Oil of Olay she always used really did do the trick. I wonder if her voice would sound different with age....or would it still be the same. I wonder how she'd feel knowing that her oldest grandson is in Iraq and her middle one graduated college and has a good job...and her youngest whom she only got to see for a few months before she left...how she'd feel knowing he has turned out to be super smart. I know she would be proud of all of them but I cant help but wonder sometimes what she would say to them...or even to me while I feel like Im falling apart over things like my boys growing up and leaving home.....and feeling like they dont need me anymore....what kind of words of wisdom would she have for me.....My mom left us when she was only 49 years old....and to this day I still miss her with all of my heart.....I hope that she is able to look down on us and watch us as we grow and change each passing year....and see that even thou she isnt here with us physically she has never truly left us....I love you mom and I wish you a very

Thats right this week-end Im off to Kansas to watch one of my favorite sports.....NASCAR!!!! And yes for those of you that think its not a sport ...it is a sport...a "sport" is an athletic activity requiring skill or physical prowess and often of a competitive nature. NASCAR is certainly of a competitive nature, NASCAR requires perfect car control. (That is a skill) NASCAR requires physical prowess because of the following: It is endurance, as sitting in that car is over 120 degrees while controlling it.
So now that we got that all cleared up.....Im headed that way this week-end....I can hardly wait. I've only been to one race so far that was in Texas. So it will be exciting getting to experience a different track and this year we purchased track passes so we can be right down there before the race in the middle of everything....and you know for a fact Im going to be keeping a keen eye out for my two favorite racers.

Memorial Day....and my Soldier

As a mom to a soldier that is over in Iraq right now this holiday means even more to me then it ever has before. Its important for us to remember the sacrifice that these men and women make when they decide to become a soldier. Today is to honor those that have fallen and have paid the ultimate price for us to have our freedom. But at the same time its important for us to remember all those that are away from their families doing what is asked of them from our government in order for us to have the freedom we have each and every day.

When my son told me over 3 years ago, when he was a freshman in college, he was going to join the National Guard I was shocked and anything but thrilled about this decision and when he got the call last August that he would be taken from his unit and put in another one so he could deploy in November of this last year I was even less thrilled. And as the holidays and family times have come and gone the last few months and I had to spend them without him...its made me realize that the sacrifice my son along with so many others have made is amazing. I have so much respect and admiration for what my son is doing...I couldnt be any more proud of him then I am right now.

Of course it doesnt make it any easier on me when he calls me to tell me that he had an accident and then I see the damage that was done to his beautiful face.

He is ok......some equipment decided to pop off the truck and it happened just after he took his head gear off.....of course it would happen then....great timing!!!

At any rate today whether you spend the day BBQ'ing, or at the pool, or just relaxing and enjoying your time off work, don't forget to remember those who gave their lives for this great nation, and those that are away from their families still fighting for our freedom.

I was just talking to someone this morning about how when disaster struck Haiti and Japan that almost instantly we started seeing commercials for numbers to call or text to donate money even on the yahoo page we could donate money....but with all the disasters that's happened in the last few weeks right here in the United States...where are the commercials giving us information on ways to donate money...wheres our running tab at the top of the yahoo page showing us the money that's been raised for the victims????? Yeah I didn't see it either!!!!

Welcome to the world of teens Devin... I hope that you stay that kind, funny, sensitive, beautiful, loving little boy that means everything to me! Always remember that everything I do in this life, I do for you, and your brothers. We are about to embark on a journey together that your older brothers and I have traveled already. And just like I did with them, I'm going to have to let you go little by little as the years go by. But always know that you are one of best things to ever happen to me, and in between those inevitable eyerolls that will be coming my way....I will always love you with all of my heart!!

Seems like the time has just flown by and during that time my baby has grown up and today you have hit the next stage of your life...you are now a TEENAGER!!! I have come to the terms that I am suffering through a mild case of depression....alot has been happening in my life and though I have ALWAYS been the strong one , all of the sudden I find myself feeling weak and broken down. I really do not like this feeling at all. I do know that some of my depression comes from my son leaving and going to Iraq...this has not been easy on me at all. Its actually really really hard...I miss him more then I ever imagined I would..and trust me I imagined I would REALLY miss him!!!! So I do know that does play a big part on why Im feeling the way I am.
Another part of it comes from finding out someone that I love dearly is not the person I thought they were. I had this eye opening experience after having them live with me for about 8 months...this was not a very good experience and it allowed me to see the REAL side of them and its been a hard thing for me to swallow....because Im not really liking that side of them...and in a way I feel let down, which in turn is also a part of why Im feeling depressed.
It sucks because I try to go about my days as if there is nothing wrong and then inside I feel almost mad because Im faking these feelings...and I feel like everyone around me is fine...because as long as Im fine (or they can pretend I am) then all is good. Like I said I have always had to be the shoulder to cry on....the one to turn to for advice....the one to lift others up when they are down and now it feels like when Im really in need of that from others....no one knows what to do....so its just easier for them to pretend everything is ok with me....so I play along. I put on my so called happy face for everyone to see....while Im crying on the inside.

We started to 'bud' in our blouses at 9 or 10 years old only to find that anything that came in contact with those tender, blooming buds hurt so bad it brought us to tears.. So came the ridiculously uncomfortable training bra contraption that the boys in school would snap until we had calluses on our backs.

Next, we get our periods in our early to mid-teens (or sooner). Along with those budding boobs, we bloated, we cramped, we got the hormone crankies, had to wear little mattresses between our legs or insert tubular, packed cotton rods in places we didn't even know we had.

Our next little rite of passage was having sex for the first time which was about as much fun as having a ramrod push your uterus through your nostrils (IF he did it right and didn't end up with his little cart before his horse), leaving us to wonder what all the fuss was about.

Then it was off to Motherhood where we learned to live on dry crackers and water for a few months so we didn't spend the entire day leaning over Brother John Of course, amazing creatures that we are (and we are), we learned to live with the growing little angels inside us steadily kicking our innards night and day making us wonder if we were preparing to have Rosemary's Baby.

Our once flat bellies looked like we swallowed a whole watermelon and we pee'd our pants every time we sneezed. When the big moment arrived, the dam in our blessed Nether Regions invariably burst right in the middle of the mall and we had to waddle, with our big cartoon feet, moaning in pain all the way to the ER.

Then it was huff and puff and beg to die while the OB says, 'Please stop screaming, Mrs. Hearmeroar. Calm down and push. 'Just one more good push' (more like 10), warranting a strong, well-deserved impulse to punch the
%$#*@*#!* hubby and doctor square in the nose for making us cram a wiggling, mushroom-headed 10 pound bowling ball through a keyhole.

After that, it was time to raise those angels only to find that when all that 'cute' wears off, the beautiful little darlings morphed into walking, jabbering, wet, gooey, snot-blowing, life-sucking little poop machines.

Then come their 'Teen Years.' Need I say more?

When the kids are almost grown, we women hit our voracious sexual prime in our early 40's - while hubby had his somewhere around his 18th birthday.

So we progress into the grand finale: 'The Menopause,' the Grandmother of all womanhood. It's either take HRT and chance cancer in those now seasoned 'buds' or the aforementioned Nether Regions, or sweat like a hog in December, wash your sheets and pillowcases daily and bite the head off anything that moves.

Now, you ask WHY women seem to be more spiteful than men, when men get off so easy, INCLUDING the icing on life's cake: Being able to pee in the woods without soaking their socks..

So while I love being a woman, 'Womanhood' would make the Great Gandhi a tad crabby. You think women are the 'weaker sex?' Yeah right. Bite me.

Im totally addicted to reeses of any kind...and I dont know what it is but when the holidays come around and they bring out the shaped reeses.....even though its probably totally in my mind only...they just seem to be a little tiny bit better then the original ones

I also need to get my little fix for one of these bad boys...they are sooooo super sweet that I usually cant have more then one or two for the Easter season...but for me it just wouldn't be the same if I didn't have one each year...some think they are gross.....but I dont...what is it you ask????

My oldest..Kody turned 23 today....he's over in Iraq right now fulfilling his duties as a soldier...I am so very proud of him as he has turned out to be the kind of son everyone would want. He is truly beautiful inside and out. Though he never grew up wanting to be a soldier...never dreamed about it talked about it nothing...when he was a freshman in college he and a buddy decided to join the National Guard....was one of the hardest things for me to accept..and yet in a way I was so very proud of him. He thought being in college he would be safe from deployment....we found out the hard way thats not the case. He's been gone since November and I miss him so very much..and today as I spend the day without him physically with me....I hold him in my heart and I realize that I couldnt be any more proud of him then I am right now...he may not be doing what he wanted to be doing but hes doing it and he's making the best of it....and he reminds me every day that he has grown up and he is going to be ok.

I LOVE YOU KODY.....and HAPPY 23rd BIRTHDAY!!!!

THE BEST 99 MINUTES

Today as I sat at my computer working on business stuff I heard the most wonderful sound ever......it was the sound of my skype going off with my son on the other end calling me!!!! Its amazing how an hour and 39 minutes can go by so fast!!! I miss him so much...I cant help but sit there and watch him on my computer screen soaking up every moment...watching him smile...talk...scratch...fidget...I am so thankful for this technology I truly have no idea how people survived when their soldiers left them years ago....because even though this is only the second time I have been able to see him on the camera since hes been gone...it was truly the best 99 minutes of my day!!

~MY SOLDIER....MY HERO....MY SON~

As most of you know my oldest son Kody is over in Iraq.....he has been on deployment since November so the fact Im still able to function is pretty amazing...as I'm so super close to him and being soooooo far away from him for so long...well lets just say it hasn't been easy!!! Then a few weeks ago he got seafood poisoning from eating scallops on his day off. He got so sick he ended up at the medics hooked to an IV ...the results of this food poisoning lasted for 2 weeks....he continued getting sick even one time having to get a shot to get him to stop throwing up....needless to say this ordeal only put me over the edge...I felt like I couldn't concentrate on anything other then what was possibly going on over there. Kody and I have skype and though we don't get to video on it much...actually its only been one time since he's been there... we are able to type to each other on a daily basis....and he calls me now and then.....but while he was sick I went days not hearing anything...and therefor not knowing anything. It truly was almost more then I could handle.....so I turned to the one thing I knew could make this all better....I started asking everyone to please pray for him.....I had so many prayers going up for Kody that the very next day when I talked to him he said mom, I felt so rejuvenated when I woke up today.....and then I knew...all of our prayers had been answered. There is so much power in prayers!!!! I thank God for listening and laying his hands on my son that was so sick....and making him feel brand new again!!!

This morning I seen a story about Abercrombie & Fitchs new padded swimwear for little girls..we are talking girls the ages of 7-12....are you kidding me with this???? I realize that this brand has become popular by sexualizing young people....and Im not one that agrees with that either but now for girls of this age..I truly feel they have gone too far!!! There is no reason that a young girl needs to be wearing a so called "push-up" bikini.....what is this world coming to???? What ever happened to letting girls just be girls and allowing them to grow up slowly.....why are we insisting on making them grow up so fast..or having them see them self sexually at such a young age....or feel that they shouldn't just be proud of who they are without coming up with something as ridiculous as push-up swimwear. Oh let me state they did decide to remove the word push-up in their advertising and just use padded instead...yeah that makes me feel a whole lot better!!! I don't know about you but I find this completely despicable!!!!
Children's lives are being polluted by pressure and a false perception of beauty. Being manipulated in this way, by things such as media and fashion can lead to less obvious effects, such as, damaged self esteem and lack of confidence. I'm sure this wasn't intended when the "push-up" swimwear was being designed. However, I believe people in the industry should have thought twice before letting a product such as this go ahead and be made and sold. I just hope there are enough parents out there that feel the same way as I do.

Today was an awesome day....I received a phone call from my boy telling me to get on skype...I got a whole hour to sit and look at my son and hear his voice....it was awesome..and just what I needed. I have not been sleeping at night and my ability to concentrate is gone...I keep telling Josh that this is all taking its toll on me. Kody has called three other time since he has been gone and I have missed two of those calls....and with no way for me to contact him...its been miserable for me...so this was wonderful...and now I hope I can relax tonight and FINALLY get some sleep!! Anyway just wanted to share this with all of you..thank you to those that have emailed and text, and called to talk to me about this...your kind words mean so much!!!

I said good bye to my oldest son....hes been on deployment for a couple months now but he was still in the USA for that time but today that ended....he will now be spending the next 10 months or more overseas. Ive tried to pretend I will be alright...everyone around me tells me "you will be fine"...but I dont feel fine...I feel lost...sad...scared....yes Im very proud of my son....but I miss him like crazy already. The days and nights are going to feel so long for me waiting for the phone to ring so I can hear his voice and know he is alright...knowing that the calls could be days...or even weeks apart. Im a mom of three boys and they truly are my heart and soul....this is by far one of the hardest things for me.....I cant even find the words to express what I feel inside, other than my heart hurts. I want my son home......and the next 10-11 months is going to be the longest time of my life.

The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection and complications
from repeated pokes in the belly. He was 73. Doughboy was buried in a lightly
greased coffin.

Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay their respects at his funeral, including Mrs Butterworth, Hungry Jack, the California Raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess Twinkies. Captain Crunch sent his apologies. The gravesite was piled high with flours.

Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy in the graveyard and lovingly described
Doughboy as a man who did not realize how much he was kneaded. Doughboy rose
quickly in show business, but his later life was filled with turnovers. He was
not considered a very ‘smart’ cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-baked
schemes. Despite being a little flaky at times, he still, even as a crusty old
man, was considered a roll model for millions.

Get a good nights rest. I have not slept through the night since the day my oldest was told he was going to Iraq. Every single night I toss and turn, every single night I wake up with feelings of anxiety, every single night I wish Id wake up to find that its all been a bad dream, and life is all peachy and wonderful....YEAH RIGHT!!! I cant remember the last time life was peachy and wonderful. As you know from my last post , I not only have this going on with my son, but I also have family living with me and its really a struggle, it puts alot of stress on me, and my loved ones. We now have extra mouths to feed, and extra electricity and water usage to pay for, we now have no quiet alone time, and we now feel like we have to leave our own home every chance we get just to get some peace of mind. Its truly not been a good experience. Its funny how you think you know someone...UNTIL YOU LIVE WITH THEM!!!! Suddenly everything you thought they were turns out to be the exact opposite. At any rate Im still alive..still kickin...and still looking forward to the time when I get my home back..and I finally get a good nights rest!!!

I know its been awhile since my last post and I know Ive lost alot of followers, and I've missed out on alot of the happenings in all of your lives. I apologize for that. Life has thrown me some major curve balls lately and well I have found myself lost....Im almost scared to write here for fear someone in my life might read it and take offense, but then again it is MY blog and it is for me to write about MY thoughts and MY feelings...right????? But I also dont like to cause problems with anyone so once again I find myself not feeling like I have the freedom to just vent!!! Im just curious though, has anyone out there ever let a family member or members move in with them??? If so how did it go??? Did you survive it? After they moved out were you still on talking terms??? We have house guest and well its ALOT different then what you think its going to be like, and you truly do see another side to people and sometimes its not such a good side. Along with us dealing with house guest, we also have been dealing with the fact my oldest Kody, who is the National Guard just found out he was chosen to go from his unit to another one that is heading over to Iraq in January. We thought he was safe as he is still in college and his unit is a new unit, what we didnt know is that you are only safe the first 2 years of college, and that if you score the highest on everything they can pull you from your unit and put you in a different one, and thats what has happened. Im not taking this news very well, Im actually falling apart. My boys are my world, and it is just too hard for me to accept the fact hes going to be sooooo far away and for a year!!! Im so used to daily phone calls, and him showing up for the week-end or going to spend the day with him on my day off, I just cant think about going a year without seeing that smile, and feeling his bear hugs, having him here to raid the cupboard for food, or calling me up asking me to listen to his paper he wrote for class. I know he's doing something good an it is for all of us, but my heart is aching so much and it is killing me inside thinking about being so far from him. I feel like I wont be complete again until he returns. I cant even make it though this post without crying my eyes out. And yet I know that I have to dig deep down inside and try to find the strength to get though this, and I feel like all my strength is gone. I pray that I will survive this and most importantly that Kody will come back home safe and sound, I know I have a couple moths before he goes although most of it he will be in Texas for training, I pray the next year will go by fast, and that we will find a way to be in touch with each other often. When he was asked by someone if he was scared to go, he said he was more scared to tell his mom he had to go, just that let me know just how much my son truly loves me. He's my rock, my heart and soul and we will truly need your prayers to get though this next year!!!

Mom, why are you crying?" he asked his mom.

"Because I'm a woman" she told him.

"I don't understand," he said.

His mom just hugged him and said, "and you never will." Later the little boy asked his father, "Why does mother seem to cry for no reason?"

"All women cry for no reason" was all his dad could say.

The little boy grew up and became a man, still wondering why women cry.

Finally he put in a call to GOD. When GOD got on the phone the man said, "GOD, why do women cry so easily?"

GOD said:

"When I made women she had to be special. I made her shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the world; yet, gentle enough to give comfort.

I gave her an inner strength to endure childbirth and the rejection that many times comes from her children.

1. I think part of a best friend's job should be to immediately clear your computer history if you die.

(I dont have anything on mine that Id need to worry about but I have no doubt that some people would die if others knew what they've been doing)

2. Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.

(I bet this has happened to everyone at least once, although I will say I try really hard not to argue unless I know Im right!! )

3. I totally take back all those times I didn't want to nap when I was younger.

(No doubt, because now there are days Id do anything just to be able to lay down for a bit in the middle of the day)

Hope that all is going great for everyone..I know Im still not getting to my blogging on a regular basis like I said I was going to....its been busy around here. And lately we've had some very stressful things going on that kind of just make you feel like you just cant think anymore...ever have those kind of days??? Well I think we've had more than our share of them in the last couple of weeks. But as with everything this too shall pass and I hope when it does life can just go back to normal...whatever that is?!?!

This post is just for me to have a moment to blow off some steam so to speak! I feel that a blog is something just allows each person to write about what is on their mind. I place where we can voice our opinion about something, or write about whats happening in our lives, some times even a place to express our talents like poetry. Sometimes we enjoy maybe even look forward to what our readers have to say. Enjoy the controversy that can rise from difference of opinions. But the one thing I do not understand is why some people find it necessary to be just plain rude! I wrote a blog about something that was on my mind you can read it here I had someone that felt the need to leave three comments telling me I'm an idiot because of my view on this, I didn't publish their comment that's my right not to, they had nothing more to say then just that, and wanted to get their point across so they left it three times for me. When I write about something and give my point of view or my opinion about a certain subject I don't expect everyone to agree with me. But it is very unnecessary to leave comments telling someone they are an idiot for believing in what they believe in. I have read other peoples blogs and I have seen where some people will leave the most horrible comments and I always wonder why? Why are there people that just feel the need to be rude, why if you don't agree with what someone writes on their own blog cant you either leave a comment of what your opinion is about it or just move on. Does it make a rude person feel better if they are able to leave a bit of their rudeness behind for the rest of us? I don't know what their reasoning is but one thing I do know is......RUDE PEOPLE SUCK!!!

The news haunts me

Lately it seems that the news I see on tv haunts me all day and night. Like this one I saw last night, a pediatrician molested 103 children during Dr. visits!! If you haven't heard about this you can click here to read about it and even see a picture of this man!! This has been on my mind so much it just really upsets me and once again makes me wonder what is happening to the people in this world. Why does it seem like it is becoming harder and harder for us to know who we can trust. And what makes it even worse is when there are reports made and investigations that are supposed to be done and yet people like this don't get punished, which was the case with this man. Well now he's been caught and they have 13 hours of video of him doing what he did to these innocent children so now he had better pay the price for this, and I hope and pray I never read or hear about the day that this man is walking freely among us again!!
It also made me think when I heard about this where were the parents that took the kids to the doctor?? I dont know the details about how the doc got the kids away from the parent to have time to do this but I know that when my children were little and went for visits no way did they spend time alone with the doctor without me and I think this should be a wake up call to parents all over the world. There should be no reason that a doctor has to examine your child without you being present...after all its nothing we haven't seen before!
I really look forward to those days when I click on the news and I read about the GOOD people in this world because its really scary knowing we live among monsters like this!

my struggle

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone that left comments and emails to encourage me in not giving up with trying to lose all this extra weight Ive been carrying around. It does help when you hear words of encouragement and or even when someone tells you about their success with the same issue. Josh and I have decided to get serious about doing the EA active on the wii at least until the weather gets nicer and we can get out and start walking and bike riding. So maybe one day this wont be my one of my struggles!!

Now this brings me to a thought that I sometimes have. Back in the early 1800s the average woman looked like this:

and that was considered attractive to men, for a woman to have extra weight on her body meant that she was of good health. Then in the early 19oo's the full-figured female body was replaced by the ultra-thin body, our country saw an increase in eating disorders and a preoccupation with obesity. Some women internalize our society's thinness ideal and when they can not measure up to the ridiculous standards set for the female body, they often develop a negative body image. Negative body images can lead some individuals into unhealthy eating patterns and eating disorders. When I was a teenager I was one of those girls I starved myself so that I felt like I was skinny and fit into what was accepted even though I was in NO WAY even considered to be fat at all,I even landed myself in the hospital with a feeding tube so that I could get my strength back. As I was so weak I couldnt even walk. I am past those days and would never do anything like that now, but I do struggle with my weight gain and it does get the best of me. I dont have a desire to be like some skinny super model I just want to be back to the point where I feel comfortable in my own skin again. Where I can walk up and down my stairs in my house and not feel winded. Where I can put on my clothes and actually feel like I look good and not be worrying about how to try to hide the fat rolls.
For now keep your words of encouragement coming and keep sharing your stories with me and one day I will have my own weight loss success story to share with you!

Im FAT!!!!!

I know that its normal for most people to put on some weight during the winter months but I honestly feel like Ive packed on so much weight that I feel like when I was nine months pregnant (AND NO IM NOT PREGNANT) but I do have that fear that one day someone will ask me that question and man would I just die! I get so upset with this. I honestly don't over eat, and I drink lots of water, I know I need to get more physical I got the wii ea active and man is it a work out but I talk myself out of doing it all the time and that's not good at all. And now I just simply feel very down and depressed about my weight I honestly no longer feel comfortable in my skin! Josh said once it warms up that he will get out and walk with me and we can ride our bikes Im just afraid by the time it gets warmer out I will be even more out of shape. I have a fear of stopping for a break every few minutes because Im out of breath

and then summer will be here and it will be time to go soak up the sun in the back yard and Im afraid of the exposing the neighbors to this!

UGGGG its truly time I do something about this or this is all Im going to find to fit into!!! And I dont know about you but its just not my style!
